To bring together student-athletes, coaches, mental health professionals, and campus leaders to advance strategies that support the holistic well-being and mental health of college athletes.

Objectives

  • Assemble mental health practitioners, athletes, coaches, administrators, and others
    with an interest in college athlete mental health

  • Discuss the pressing college athlete mental health practices

  • Share information on best college athlete mental health practices

  • Create a shared community among and support for mental health practitioners
    working with college athletes

“Abstract” Word Count: 500 Words
Format: What panel would you like to be a part of? What is your expertise in this area?

Potential panelists MAY submit more than once. Please do separate submissions for each panel.

Review Criteria

  • Experience in college athletics/with college athletes

  • Contribution to knowledge or practice

  • Potential to participate in multiple panels

Presentation Format

20 minutes per presenter

10 minutes total for Q&A

We ask that presenters use minimal slides (MAX 5) as we want presentations to be more like a “Ted Talk” and less lecture-like
